many decades.It is famous for its spectacular scenery along a fabulous coast
line and features about thirty challenging,mostly picturesque,golf courses.
According to to Portuguese Tourist Office,Algarve receives 44 % of all overnights
in Portugal and registers a continuous increase in demand.
2- The Hotel
The hotel is situated on a 29.000 sqm plot,approx. 200 meters from the sandy
beach of Armação de Pera.The hotel has not been fully completed for operation
yet,whilst the general construction has been finished,most parts of the public
areas (lobby,restaurants,bars)and the back of the house need to be decorated
and furnished (with the exception of the guest rooms which are fully furnished).
Approx 7000 sqm of the plot are occupied by a shopping center,still under construction (this area could alternatively be turned into additional leisure or
meeting facilities).
The building is formed by two blocks with 9 floors each,interlinked at the two
naves by a central building with four floors,where the main entrance and public
areas are located.The finishing is of high quality (granite,wood panels,american
